• Setup, operation, and monitoring of CNC milling machines (3-/5-axis)
• Programming and operation of CNC lathes
• Performing conventional turning and milling work when required
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Selecting, measuring, and adjusting tools and clamping devices
• Quality inspection of manufactured components using appropriate measuring equipment
• Optimization of machining parameters regarding quality and efficiency
• Performing basic maintenance tasks and ensuring machine functionality
• Close collaboration with production and engineering teams to ensure on-time manufacturing

• Completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator, CNC technician, industrial mechanic, or a comparable qualification
• Solid hands-on experience in milling and turning
• Knowledge of common CNC controls such as Heidenhain, Siemens, or Fanuc
• Strong technical understanding and manual skills
• Confident handling of technical drawings and precise working methods
